What we collect
We collect information only when you submit it through a form on this site:
Market Briefing signups. Your first name, last name, email address, an optional area of interest, and a record of your consent to receive updates.
Partner Network interest. Your name, company, role, email, phone, category, interest type, optional website, and message, submitted for editorial review.
Contact and connection requests. The details you include when you write to the desk or request an introduction to a professional.
We do not require accounts, and we do not collect payment information.
How we use it
We use the information you share to manage your Ottawa Luxury Market Briefing subscription and send you the briefing as issues are distributed, review partnership interest, and respond to your inquiries. Signups are recorded with your consent as soon as you subscribe; briefing delivery begins once distribution is active. Where a connection request explicitly asks us to share your details with a named professional, we do so only with the consent you give on that form.
We do not sell or rent reader information.
Consent and unsubscribing
Newsletter signups require an explicit consent checkbox, and you can unsubscribe at any time. To unsubscribe or to ask that your submitted information be removed, contact hello@ottawaluxuryrealty.ca and we will action the request.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for the purpose you submitted them for. Access is limited to the editorial desk.
